Fortnite to Apex sensitivity: matched at the hip, then check your ADS
The hipfire math is clean. Fortnite turns 0.5555 degrees per count, Apex turns 0.022, and 25.25 is the multiple between them at equal DPI. Enter the result under Settings, Mouse, Mouse Sensitivity and your standing turn is already the one your hands know.
Apex then applies a separate ADS multiplier per optic, and Fortnite applies its own targeting and scope percentages. Those two systems do not translate through a single yaw. If you ran 40% targeting in Fortnite, do not assume the Apex default matches it. Take one range session and set the ADS number by feel against a known distance.
The eDPI comparison is noise here, 56 against roughly 1414, because the scales are unrelated. Track cm/360 and let those columns say whatever they say. Apex also leans on movement far more than Fortnite building does, so expect the first few fights to feel fast even with the turn distance held exactly.
